Will I ever see my soul
Or does the nature of its control
Over me
Ban me from the view
Will my heart ever fly
As my life rushes by
Or will it
Stay tight here in my body
Will I learn to love it all
Or will my thoughts cause me to stall
Here in
The land of wounded ego
Will the power of my mind
Continue to define
The sadness
Slights and pain
I struggle to dissolve?
Will I have long to wait
Anticipate
The freedom of knowing
That only love
Can lead me there?
